Well, the results are in and I've not made it this time. Still, they picked my favourite of the other finalists so well done to Nick Mackie and Pete Avery with their film Hobbies.

As for me, I shall be spending some time alone; committing indelicate personal acts over a prolonged period of introspective self-flagelation. I feel this will help.

But it's it not all tormentented mental anguish and self-abuse with fistfuls of broken glass, not by any means. It looks like something good may already be coming out of all this. But I shall not risk jinxing it by saying any more at this point. We'll just have to wait and see...
